From Book to Film

In partnership with Columbus Metropolitan Library, From Book To Film will feature movies adapted from literary classics every Saturday at 1:30 PM, Monday at 7:00 PM and Wednesday at 1:30 PM. The series will run from May 24 to July 30. As part of the film center’s ongoing efforts to improve the central Ohio community, From Book to Film’s mission is to encourage children to read while also providing an opportunity to watch these classic family films on the big screen. Admission is free with a library card or $5.

New this year! Don't miss our Scholastic Book Fair May 31st - June 15th! The book fair will be open one hour before  every showtime of FANTASTIC MR. FOX, HOW TO TRAIN YOUR DRAGON, and the first screening of MARY POPPINS.

And, don't miss special performances from our friends at PBJ&Jazz before the following select screenings! Admission to the performances are free!

An adaptation of Maurice Sendak's classic children's story, where Max, a disobedient little boy sent to bed without his supper, creates his own world - a forest inhabited by ferocious wild creatures who crown Max as their ruler.
