Join us on Sunday, December 15th at 4:30 PM for a special beer tasting and screening of CHRISTMAS VACATION (1989)! Tickets are $15 each.
Chevy Chase, star of National Lampoon's Vacation and its sequel, is back as the paterfamilias of the Griswold family (including Beverly D'Angelo as his missus) to skewer the Yuletide season. Chevy mugs, trips, falls, mashes his fingers and stubs his toes as he prepares to invite numerous dysfunctional relatives to his household to celebrate Christmas. Amidst the more outrageous sight gags (including the electrocution of a cat as the Christmas tree is lit) the film betrays a sentimental streak, with old wounds healing and long-estranged relatives reuniting in the Griswold living room.

Tickets are $15 in advance or $20 the day of the show.
We love scotch. Scotchy scotch scotch. So join us for a scotch and beer tasting before the double feature. Our favorite local anchormen Johnny DiLoretto and Monica Day will be here to share their secrets, quiz you on Anchorman trivia, and yes, eat cheese. The tasting begins at 6PM and is free with ticket purchase to the double feature.
Don't miss your chance to see both ANCHORMAN and ANCHORMAN: THE LEGEND CONTINUES on the big screen at the Gateway Film Center. ANCHORMAN: When feminism marches into the newsroom in the form of ambitious newswoman Veronica Corningstone, Ron is willing to play along at first-as long as Veronica stays in her place, covering cat fashion shows, cooking, and other ''female'' interests. But when Veronica refuses to settle for being eye candy and steps behind the news desk, it's more than a battle between two perfectly coiffed anchor-persons...it's war. ANCHORMAN 2: THE LEGEND CONTINUES: With the 70's behind him, San Diego's top rated newsman, Ron Burgundy, returns to the news desk. It's kind of a big deal.

Join us for a special One Night Only screening of A YEAR IN BURGUNDY followed by a special wine sampling with Camelot Cellars. Ask an expert your wine questions stirred up by the film, sample featured wines then take home a bottle of your favorite... maybe even pick up a few as gifts! Reserve your tickets:
About the film: David Kennard's documentary is a guided tour of the Burgundy region with French wine importer Martine Saunier. The film covers the wine-making process over the course of an entire year, showing how the conditions of the four seasons - spring showers, drought, heat wave, hail and storms, harvest moons and the damp cold of winter - as well as the unique personalities of the wine-makers themselves shape the style and flavor of each vintage. Each vintage is a time capsule, a bottled piece of history of a very specific year, with its particular weather pattern, its crises and its triumphs.
About Camelot Cellars: Camelot Cellars is an urban boutique winery dedicated to providing customers with the highest quality wines, service and skill possible. Their products and services include wine sales, retail sales, handcrafting your own wine, the wine bar, wine tastings & flights as well as the Tuscan Room private event space.
